Here are the steps for you to create your own calendar. To start open
Microsoft Works Calendar software that is installed on your computer
because this program will automatically open for the current month. If

click the arrows on the top of the page so that you could change the
month and use left arrow to backwards and the right arrow to go in the
next month.
On the date you need, you could add an appointment to your calendar
just by double clicking. There will be several options when a new box
appeared. Then, fill the title of your appointment that is along within
the location. You could select the time when it should start and end.
For instance, you could start when the alarm itself is ring. It could be
around 2 minutes or 5 minutes it is up to you. In creating your printable monthly calendar
you could also add holidays to your printable calendar. You could click
“Edit,” or “Add Holidays”. It will make you easily select the holiday
that you want to add there. Well, it is easy for you. You could add any
forms of your plan in the day you want and set it so that you keep

After completing your events, you could edit it anytime you want while
you are thinking that some of the events should be canceled because you
have another meeting that cannot be skipped at that day. You could
choose edit and then remove the events itself so that you could add the
meeting you cannot cancel. If it is already fixed, you could go to
“File” and then choose “Print”. In this step, you could choose printing
style as you want to apply for your calendar. You could also choose
whether or not you want to make your printable calendar broken down by
day, week, or even full of the month. Well, since you are the designer,
you could do anything you want. Click “Next” and then click “Print” as
